from my work on the Apollo Photos and Lunar Orbiter.-from the ASU NASA archives... i would say that the shimmering is possibly due to air brushing.. because i have seen this effect on the later Apollo moon shots of topography and bridges that were definitely air brushed out in the 70's .. .. and not on the Lunar Orbiter photos of 1964..( where a 20 km bridge in question was clear) etc.. but the question might be.. why would Taner have air brushed this photo.?. or did he just pick it up from TV( and a gov operative for media spin) and it was already air brushed.. inorder to keep out more detail knowing that some of us would analyze the video.. . ?

700 x's and solar invert filters with finding edges...you can easily see the edge of the first wtc building blasted.. and the strange craft or perhaps 3!! that's my take.. there was one circular craft to the right and a triangular craft in the middle that appears with its long edge facing the building.. and another craft to the left more rectangular or possibly joined to the triangle craft....but this is definitley NOT NOT NOT AN AIRPLANE.. THE BIG LIE!!

this is a section of the right craft image.. and you can see a beast, human hybrids-possibly verdant.etc. , and greys, etc.. this would be the back of the ship not facing the building.. and the occupants of the craft on the left

this is blown to 5000 times.. it still looks rather strange.. but you should see the beast and the man hybrid standing next to the beast..
