from Andrew... notice the being of 'light' is a lizard with a
weapon on his back.. the further photo enhancements will show
also the bracelet attached to his arm( this bracelet is similar
to the one Dr. Reed shows from the alien he found..
and yes, it is meta-biological)

Amazing new developments in the Russell Penman
saga and his ever growing
group of witnesses.
One of the group [steve] and his friend shot a whole series of
manifestations in their back garden.
Firstly doubting what Russell had told them - they were amazed to
see their
backgarden filling with mist and in the mist lights were swirling
about -
then the mist coalesced into the biblical looking figure holding
forth the
Word of God.
God had said that in the 3rd day [3rd millennium] He would send a
prophet
[malachi 4 - 5,6] - The prophet Elijah.
2)Behold this enhancement shows the lizard
'elijah.'. solarized.. you can see his muscles more clearly..
head and weapon above his head... sword like.. device

The Being then became the blue ball of light
featured amongst the clothes
lines and backyards of working class Scotland.

even begin to see his scales, bracelet and eyes more clearly
