When i enlarged the image of this being you can begin to see the symbiotes that have been attached to him.. the arrow points to a lizard .. the largest ones are on his left eye, two on his left ear and one over his mouth extending down to his throat.. this is how they take us over.. one symbiote at a time.. this man is no more.. but a construct of hive critters from the house of the dragons.. lizards...serpents
