The individual whom the Atlanta police are looking for for the shooting of the Judge has some weird stuff on his forehead.

Do you see it?

It is hidden in the reflection of the light from his skin.

On his right cheeck under hhe eye there is a SQUARE, or numerals that look like 128.

It could be a sigil of some sort?

I don¥t recognize the character type face style.

The numbers look digital.

Under the left eye there is 80,000 or 89,000. Do you see it?

and now that I look at it more closely the forehead pictogram looks like an elaborate trident or something.
